Computing the Cassels-Tate pairing for the 2-Selmer group of elliptic
curves

Abstract:
In this talk we will give a brief overview of the Cassels-Tate pairing
and outline its usefulness in bounding the algebraic rank of an
elliptic curve. We will see two definitions of the pairing and also
talk about their computational aspects.
