Title: Defining the middle convolution for ULA sheaves

Abstract: We introduce and motivate ULA (=universal locally acyclic) sheaves and show how they can be identified via the vanishing cycles. 
Further we give some important examples of ULA sheaves. With that, we want to show, that the middle convolution with a Kummer sheaf is well-defined on the category of relative perverse ULA sheaves.
