Dear Prospective Participant,

thank you for expressing interest in participating at the workshop
on permutation and  matrix group algorithms. 

The location of the workshop changed: it will take place
at the conference center Schloss Dagstuhl, near Trier. 
Information how to reach Dagstuhl is available at

The program starts on the afternoon of May 26, Monday, 
and ends at the evening of Saturday, June 1. 
Accommodation is provided from Monday evening to Sunday morning, 
and meals from Monday evening to Saturday morning. 
In the first three days, a tutorial on permutation group and matrix 
group computations in GAP will be given, and an introduction to 
some intricacies of Version 4 of GAP. The program of the last three days
consists of research talks. 

Thanks to Professors Pahlings and Neubueser, we are able to provide
accommodation and meals free of charge for the participants. 
However, at this time, I'd like to ask for a firm commitment 
of participation, indicating the exact date of arrival and departure. 
Please respond by **April 13, 1997**. Also, please indicate whether
you would like to give a talk (or talks) in the second half of 
the workshop, with title and the desired length of the talk.
