Travel funds: Thanks to the National Science Foundation and the U.S. Naval Academy we now have some travel funds. Graduate students and Junior Faculty without any other sources of travel money are particularly encouraged to apply. 2. Correction: Professor Kaltofen's affiliation has been corrected. 3. Posters: In addition to the usual research posters we now encourage posters on the use of Computer Algebra Systems in the Classroom. 4. Dinner: We want to schedule dinner at the Officer's Club (5 minutes walk) about one hour after the meeting is over. Mini-tour: We also plan to provide a walking mini-tour of the main sites of the Naval Academy for approximately half of the two-hour lunch break.
